An old Bulgarian variety. The brandy is made from certified organic grapes from the massifs of the Neragora cellar. Characteristic with an aromatic vinous fruitiness.. As the spices develop, tannins and resins appear more and more clearly, accompanied by vanilla and nutmeg. The texture is light, but it has enough volume to create a nice mouthfeel. The finish is long with a good, spicy sharpness.
